MARTIAL ARTS FOR ADULTS If you are between 13 and 17 years of age we have classes just for you - check out Junior Combat Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts Studying a Martial Art can provide numerous benefits - improved co-ordination and balance, increase fitness, stength and flexibility, increase confidence, build self-esteem and learn a lot about what you and your body are capable of. All this said, you will only ever get out of your training what you put in - no effort, no results! Martial Arts training at Attitude is tough, this is not the place to come if you don't want to sweat or if a few aches and pains would put you off ever doing it again. This does not mean that you must be a super-fit athlete to take part in the classes - it is more about mind set and desire. Whatever your level of fitness, if you are willing to put in a bit of effort then we can offer you results.
Most senior classes will last 1 hour. We restrict our class sizes to a maximum of 14 adults at any one time. This ensures that we can confidently offer a safe, productive and private training environment. Attendance to any of the classes is strictly on a bookings-only basis. Please use the menu links to access First Lesson and Timetable information, or contact us for class availability. Also, in case you are not already aware.... Your first class is FREE! We offer a variety of different adult classes for students from 18 years up over. You do not have to restrict your training to one particular style, once insured you may attend any class (subject to spaces).
