So you are interested in Martial Arts....

Academy DragonStudying a Martial Art can offer many benefits.  On the physical side you can expect to improve your co-ordination, balance and reactions, increase fitness, strength and flexibility and really discover what your body is capable of.

Although not as tangible, the mental aspects of training are just as potent:- self-desciplline and the ability to focus your energy and will, the strength and motivation created by the desire to achieve something and the satisfaction you feel when you do, the mental release that comes from striking out and letting loose (talk about a stress buster).  Ultimately you should become more confident in your own abilities, more in-tune with your own body, be more self-aware and feel great!

At Attitude, we can offer you a clean and well equipped Dojo.  The classes we provide are tough, our Instructors are honest and up front with a no-nonsense attitude.  We can teach you everything you need to know within our Martial Arts, offer advice and support on all areas of fitness and nutrition and we can make your training fun.  The rest is up to you...

We restrict our class sizes to allow us to confidently ensure personal training in a safe and productive environment.  Class sizes range from 10 to 14 students depending upon style and class.

First class is FREE, however you must have a confirmed place, we are sorry but we cannot accept students who just turn up on spec.

Our Junior classes cater for students from 4 years up to 17 years and are split according to age.  Senior classes are offered to students aged 18 years and over.

There are a range of classes available, please use the links on the left menu to find out more.
