UNIFORM

Our choice of uniform depends upon the style you study / the class you are attending.

There are no specific uniform requirements for the Cardio Combat or the Wrestling classes.  However we request that you attend in loose, comfortable clothing free from zips, buckles, studs and any other sharp objects.

You do not need to have a uniform to attend your first class - just wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely.  Check out First Lesson for more information about suitable clothing.  

UNIFORM EXPLAINED:

Black Gi- from £20

The lightweight cotton black Gi is our traditional uniform.  It consists of black kickpants and wrap over Gi jacket.  Ladies must wear a tshirt or sports top underneath the jacket.

Academy T-Shirt- from £13

Academy Tshirts are black cotton with our badge embroidered on the front and a printed dragon design on the back including the motto "Life's tough, so what.. ..it's all about Attitude"  They are durable and of excellent quality.

Academy Sweatshirt / Hooded Sweatshirt- from £20

Academy Sweatshirts or Hooded Sweatshirts can be worn in addition to Academy T-shirts and sport the same design.  These are particularly useful in the winter months when it takes a little longer to get warm.  

Kickpants - from £14

Student kickpants are made of black lightweight cotton with elasticated waist and have two red stripes up the side of the leg.

Thai Shorts - prices vary

Thai shorts where allowed must be predominantly black.
